This is the website of United Nations Association-USA Denver Metro Chapter (UNA Denver). Please note, this site used to be the former Colorado Division (now closed) and is currently underconstruction as the Denver Metro Chapter site.

UNA Denver is dedicated to educating, inspiring and mobilizing our community to support the principles and vital work of the United Nations and to strengthen the UN system. The United Nations Association of the USA/Denver Metro Chapter invites you to a day of discussion and conversation on the myths and realities of the United Nations in 2012. The program will include various stellar morning workshops discussing commonly held misperceptions and their corresponding realities. Workshops will be followed at 1:00 p.m. by the keynote address by the Senator Timothy E. Wirth, president of the UN Foundation and the Better World Fund. A catered lunch will be provided in full day resgistration. If you are not able to attend full day, you may register for only the afternoon keynote address.

What: The UN & You series/8th annual UN Seminar.

Where: DU-Josef Korbel School of Int'l Studies. Your parking permit in a nearby lot will be sent to your email address with your registration.

When: Sat., April 28, 2012. $25 for general public (incl. lunch and parking); $10 for keynote address only (1:00 pm); $5 for students (includes lunch)
